Hi, my name is Devon Cohen and I’m a Newport Beach local. I’ve grown up in the escrow industry, having worked for my parents who previously owned Granite Escrow, one of the largest independent escrow companies in California. I guess you could say escrow is in my blood. I’ve been in the real estate industry full time since 2021, where I started out as a salesperson working in Laguna Woods, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and the coastal OC. Additionally, I’ve worked for Equity Title and West Coast Escrow.
Outside of work, you can catch me playing my guitar, walking my rescue dog, mixing music on my turntables, working out, or staying up to date with pro wrestling and MMA. Also, when I attended Chapman University, I also had the number one radio show on campus, taught other students how to be a radio host / DJ, and had a podcast about my experiences with Type 1 Diabetes which reached a worldwide audience. On occasion you’ll still see me do some podcasting and voiceover work.
I love being in sales and truly enjoy the real estate industry. I pride myself on my communication, ability to bring people together, and network with other relevant industry professionals.
